Contracts underpin every commercial relationship in the construction and building services sector. Yet many disputes arise simply because people do not fully understand when a contract is formed, what terms apply, or who has authority to commit the business.
This practical course provides participants with a clear, working understanding of contract fundamentals in a commercial construction context, without legal jargon or unnecessary complexity.

Refund and cancellation policy
- A full refund will be given if AMCA Australia is notified in writing within 5 days of the course commencement date. Student substitutions will be considered if they fit the course criteria. Notification must be in writing.
- A non-refundable enrolment fee of $130.00 applies for cancellations made after the 5-day deadline. This fee is included in the total course cost.
- Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 5 days prior to the original course date. A $130.00 transfer fee applies after this date.
- AMCA Australia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient registrations or events beyond its control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
