Receive an overview of the AMCA''s refreshed Employer Toolkit with a focus on key issues relevant for Service Managers and supervisors.

To coincide with the upcoming release of our revised Employer Toolkit, the AMCA is pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Service Forum which will provide attendees with a helpful overview of one of our flagship member resources. 

As people managers, Service Managers and other supervisors face significant challenges in being fair and balanced towards staff, whilst driving the type of performance their business needs. The Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors’ Association is committed to providing useful, reliable and practical information to help you and your business perform. 

Delivered by experienced Human Resources Manager, Nerea Huidoro, this year's forum will provide an overview of the entire employment lifecycle, whilst providing opportunities to drill down into some of the more challenging aspects of hiring and managing staff.

Among the issues to be discussed are:

  • Introduction to the revised AMCA Employer Toolkit
  • Overview of the employment lifecycle
  • How to manage the induction process and probation period
  • Performance management, including clarifying role expectations
  • Strategies for having difficult conversations.

Attendees will also receive instruction on the various tools and templates to be included in the Employer Toolkit, ensuring they leave with fresh ideas and actionable strategies to take back to their business.

Cancellation Policy

The AMCA reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events and training courses due to insufficient interest or other reasons beyond our control. In the instance that events or training courses are cancelled, a full refund will be given.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given if the AMCA is notified in writing a minimum of 4 business days prior to the course commencement date. A 50% administration charge will be incurred if the AMCA is notified within 3 business days or less. No refund will be given if the AMCA is not notified of cancellation.
