Accredited Qualifications

Pre-Payment of fees

To secure a place in an accredited course, the AMCA requires an enrolment fee of $1,500.00 upon the return of completed application/enrolment form.

Courses requiring pre-payment are made clear in our Fee Structure and Payment Schedule. Prospective learner will also be advised of any pre-payment requirements prior to enrolment and in any offer documentation that lays out the terms for enrolment.

Fees Protection

Once a learner has commenced study in their chosen qualification or course, the AMCA warrants that it maintains appropriate retained funds in its bank account to enable continuance through to completion of the training and/or assessment.

Refunds

Accredited Qualification

The enrolment fee of $1,500 is non-refundable unless the AMCA is notified in writing a minimum of 10 business days prior to the course commencement date

Cancellation

The AMCA reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule training courses due to insufficient registrations or other reasons beyond their control. In the event that the AMCA cancels any course, a full refund will be given.

An employer can choose to transfer the enrolment to another person; however, they must advise the AMCA of their intention before the course starts. The enrolment requirements of some courses may restrict substitutions depending on the circumstances and amount of notice provided. The AMCA reserves the right to confirm substitution.
